When Requesting Help
- Include a short description of the issue.
- Name the screen or feature involved.
- Include the approximate time the issue occurred.
- Include your app version and iOS or Android version, when available.
Do not email passwords, authentication codes, complete medical records, government identifiers, or payment-card information.

Sign-in problems
Confirm that you are using the email associated with your account and that your device has an active internet connection. If email confirmation is enabled, complete the confirmation step before signing in.
Password recovery
From the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password? and open the recovery link on the device where Fortomnia is installed.
Missing or outdated information
Open the relevant screen and pull down to refresh where supported. Confirm that you are signed into the expected account.
Account deletion
Open Profile, select Delete account, review the warning, and confirm. See the Account Deletion page for details.
