Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026

Fortomnia ("Fortomnia," "we," "us," or "our") provides tools for tracking fitness, nutrition, supplements, recovery, and related personal performance information. This Privacy Policy explains what information Fortomnia collects, how it is used, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

Account and profile information

When you create an account, we collect your email address, authentication information managed by our authentication provider, a display name if provided, your preferred weight unit, and identifiers used to associate records with your account.

Training information

You may record workout sessions, exercises, sets, repetitions, weight, weight units, repetitions in reserve, workout templates, notes, timestamps, and custom exercises.

Nutrition information

You may record nutrition entries, calorie and macronutrient values, nutrition goals, dates, meal information, and notes.

Supplement information

You may record supplement protocols and adherence logs, including names, categories, dose amounts, dose units, routes, schedules, status, dates, and notes. This may include information you consider sensitive or health-related.

Recovery information

You may record sleep duration and quality, energy, soreness, stress, mood, body weight, notes, and readiness results calculated from those entries.

Technical information

Our service providers may process limited technical information needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and deliver the app, such as device or app information, request metadata, authentication events, and error information.

Fortomnia does not currently collect Apple Health data, precise location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or payment information. This policy will be updated before those capabilities are introduced.

How We Use Information

  • Create and authenticate your account.
  • Provide workout, nutrition, supplement, recovery, and performance-tracking features.
  • Save, synchronize, organize, calculate, and display your records.
  • Maintain account security and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Diagnose errors, respond to support requests, and improve reliability.
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information. Fortomnia does not currently display third-party advertising or use personal information for cross-app tracking.

Service Providers and Disclosure

We use Supabase for authentication, database hosting, and backend functions, and Expo and its infrastructure providers where applicable for application build, delivery, and technical operations. Providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us.

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate fraud or security incidents, or complete a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

Data Retention

We retain account information and user-created records while your account remains active or as needed to provide Fortomnia. Limited information may be retained longer when required by law, necessary to resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or protect legal rights. Backup copies may persist temporarily until overwritten through normal processes.

Account and Data Deletion

You can initiate permanent account deletion from the Profile screen by selecting Delete account and confirming the request. Account deletion removes your Fortomnia account and associated user records unless retention is legally required.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may update supported profile information in the app and delete your account through the Profile screen. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children's Privacy

Fortomnia is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Age requirements may be higher in some jurisdictions.

International Processing

Fortomnia and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Fortomnia changes. We will revise the "Last updated" date and provide additional notice when required by law.
